Protection of personal data
Each User is entitled to have his/her privacy protected by the Service Provider.
Personal data shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. 3. An identifiable person shall mean any person whose identity can be determined directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to the identification number, or any other factor that could be considered as his/her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social characteristics. 4. Information shall not be considered as identifiable unless the identification requires an unreasonable amount of time, cost and manpower.
User`s personal data shall be processed on conservative principles.
The Service Provider each time determines the data that are necessary to provide the services by electronic means.
The User shall have the right to access and correct his/her personal data. Providing the appropriate data is obligatory in accordance with the relevant regulations.
The Service Provider may use the Users data for the purpose of electronic delivery of commercial information, also on the behalf of the third parties, but only in case the User gave his/her consent to receive such information.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any actions performed by the Users or third parties in connection with the content or scope of their personal data and for damages incurred by the User in connection with the existing presumption and declaration of the User, that he/she gives true personal data and obtained the appropriate approval in the case of implementing only the part of offered services.
